   You took the vegetarian to MacDonalds?

   Did you have a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal (Chocolate Milkshake)? That’s my favourite!

   Thinking about it, the fact that she doesn’t eat meat shouldn’t make a difference when it comes to Maccy D’s, as there’s very little meat to be found!

   I didn’t know you were ill. You didn’t throw up on your new clothes, did you? Did I notice you’ve had that coat cleaned?

   Anyway, if you’re at home reading this, James, don’t forget Rash’s drinks down at the waterfront. I’m having a couple before I get my train.
